G.R.A.C.E. “Girls Reaching All Concepts of Excellence” is a school-based mentoring/enrichment program for girls in the East Ramapo Central School District in middle schools through high schools, will provide support for girls who benefit from a positive role model to unlock their potential. Our mission is transforming lives of girls who deserve an equal opportunity to be the best version of themselves, through Mentorship, Advocacy and Service. To educate, inspire and empower girls with purpose and create positive change in their lives.
Our mentors/advisors are strong, outstanding professionals and influential leaders in the community, business, entrepreneurship, government, academia, civic and cultural associations. Our program connects girls with these experienced female mentors who will offer guidance, advice and support that helps them with personal development. By providing a safe and supportive environment, mentors will help the girls gain increased confidence, build, and achieve self-esteem. An essential component of the mentoring relationship includes creating caring, empathetic, consistent and long-lasting relationships.
